That's what I do.. I have the Curtis Sparks x-4 for secluded areas/racing, and use the stock exhaust for riding where I want to keep it quiet. I have 2 carbs presetup for each pipe. ;)

Best bet would be to get one of the specially-designed quiet slip-on exhausts like a Pro Circuit Type 496, or HMF QRS. Most companies make an exhaust or two that are around 94-96dB's, which shouldn't piss anyone off too much. I would say that you could go stock, but with the mods you listed, a stock exhaust will do nothing but restrict the engine. Kind of defeats the purpose of having a bunch of performance-enhancing mods.

I've heard that the PC 496 is a tad over 96 db and the HMF QRS is somewhere around 100 db and you are not able to use a quiet core. Neither of those are that quiet.

Just put the White Bros E2 on my sons LT-Z250. With the spark arrestor/baffle, it is pretty quiet - <96DB. If you want more flow/sound, you can remove the AY via an Allen screw at the bottom... http://www.gopartsdirect.com (http://www.gopartsdirect.com/atv/item2003.asp?ItemID=3021&Category=60&MFG=&SubCat=&Placeholder=30) . Good price also...
