ya everything was done right. when i bought them i called ITP and told them about the problem and they told me to drill them out alittle. they said that was normal.

My cousin drilled his out a little and after a day of riding the hub had shifted back and forth so many times that it just dominated the holes. At the end of the day one of his rims came right off in a corner (at about 45 mph), sending him to the ground and the machine flitting.

I would suggest a 10mm ream myself but you could drill them with a 10mm drill bit or if you have lettered bits then use a "X" drill bit which is almost identical to 10mm. Reaming would definetlly be the way I would do it so that the hole stays round.

on a flat rim that does not have the beveled lug hole you have to put the nut on with the flat side to the wheel or itll be a nightmare to get the wheel off.dont ask how i know.

Your thinking of the stock rims. Hes talking about flat rims, without the hole.

it doesnt matter flat or tapered, trust me, ive had to deal with this problem for awhile. Ive put the lug nuts on their flat, and it still pinches the wheel down onto the lugs, and i have to bangthe hell outta the rims with a rubber mallet to get them off. I tried somethin new, my dad got me some washers from home depot and i put them between the lugnuts and the wheels so it cant pinch that aluminum down onto the lug anymore. i havent tried to take my wheels off yet, but i hope it works.

The correct way is to get the flange nuts for those rims. I would NOT drill the holes bigger cause you will not get the rim on correct for one, and two you will eventually wear the holes out bigger. Maybe at most a round file!? Just dont over-do it. Or like said before just ream it a little bit, just dont over drill it.
