Trade 400ex for 250ex i owe payments

I owe a fortune still on the quad but i am looking to downgrade.

The 250ex has to be newer. It has to be able to get some lein attached to it. I dont have a pocket full of cash. But i have a drawer full of bills. It has to be a fairly even deal for me to consider. I live in akron ohio. Thanks guys.
