Yamaha YFZ shocks fit the 400ex?

will the Yamaha YFZ front shocks fit my 400ex? if so, how do they compare to the TRX450r shocks as an upgrade?

They need to be modified to fit, but they're supposed to be a little stiff, but will work good on +2 arms from what I've seen.

I have them on my bike better than stock.Easy to install you have to grind the top about 1/2 inch
