Thumb Tension On 450r Vs Stock Carbs

One main reason I want a new carb is because of the thumb fatigue my stock carb causes. I don't want to sound like a **ssy but has anyone else noticed how much throttle tension there is on the stock carb compared to other quads?

I'm wondering if the 450r carb is a little more forgiving than the stock one?

Also I could never find a confident answer if a 400ex stock carb jet kit will work with the 04 450r carb.

two things. Stock jet kit for? i am assuming it is a 400ex jet kit. in that case, the jets will but the needle wont work. and the secont thing, No such thing as an 02 450r carb, 450r werent made till 04

and for the throtle thumb syndrom, get a TRX90 throttle assembly. the lever is longer so it is easier to push.:D
