I do. I go to the chiropracter once every couple of weeks or so. I used to go twice every week, but I am getting better. I load up on IB Profen if I am doing something really active like playing sports.

A few years back I crashed on my old 300EX, and it hit me in the back and put my spine out of alignment. I went to the chiropracter for 3 months, then physical therapy for another 3 months.

It still hurts every now and then. I always wear a kidney belt when I ride. They help alot.

You have to exercise those areas and if that doesn't do it then see a doctor and he or she will send you to therapy:D But, if you exercise those areas and ones around it, you shouldn't have any probs:D

I have 2 heriated discs, spent 1 year feeling like my right leg was on fire and having a hard time walking. The one big thing I changed was I got a new bed. Select Comfort is not lying when they say their bed helps relieve back pain.

Ya as long as you keep your lower back nice and strong you should be all set.

I just took a spill last night on my 440, spend 5 hours in the hospital. Bruised up my right leg pretty well, no broken bones this time:)

my right leg is little shorter then my left and it tears my back apart.

What hurts me the most is if I have to sit somewhere without a backrest. If I do that, my lower back will just start BURNING like you wouldn't believe, I need proper lumbar support at all times. Seeing a chiropracter definitely helps to put everything back into alignment.

This exercise seems to ease lower back pain as well:

Lie on your stomach on the floor with your arms out in front of you so your body makes a straight line. Lift your right arm off the floor while lifting the opposite left leg up and hold for 2 seconds. Do the same by lifting your left arm up while lifting your right leg up. Continue this alternating movement and you will feel the burn of your lower back muscles being worked. This is a set of muscles that is often overlooked and hard to focus on.

I'm 15, turning 16 tomorrow, and I have lower back pains that go all the way to my back leg. It feels like a knife in your back cutting down your leg. It sucks. Also when I knee down and stand back up my knees crack a lot and they get stiff. I just suck it up. Lol. Can't wait until I get older.:ermm: :chinese:

chiropracter said that most of the time back pain is caused by unalignment, and when its unaligned, it pinches the nerves between the vertebras.:ermm:

My lower back hurts after standing all day at work if I have to work a long shift. Comfortable and supportive shoes seem to help out though.

After a good, hard, long ride, my back hurts too, especially after riding at the sand dunes. My entire body was sore for a week. That's to be expected though I guess. Just think about what you're doing to your body while riding. I suppose you could say that it is all of us that are keeping the doctors and chiropractors in business :p

When mine is acting up, I take muscle relaxers when I go to bed. They help the muscles to quit spasming and relax thereby letting everything go back into proper alignment. While I'm awake, 800mg of ibuprophen helps to dull the pain.

I have lower back disc problems also, I had a dirtbike accident a couple years ago and I've never been the same since. My back will seize (literally) and I will be unable to do ANYTHING. I can't lift much at work otherwise I'm laying in a bed for the next 5 days.

When I first started going to the chiropractor he x-rayed my back and it was horribly out of alignment. After 3 months he re-x rayed it and it was nice and straight.

The guy I was going to rode dirtbikes. Usually my doctors will give me crap for riding. I thought it was cool how he was a hardcore rider himself.

You gotta work on that. Those muscles down there support your whole back.

I think its 85-90% of americans have back problems atleast once in their life..

I my self have to crawl out of bed in the mornings.. years of bmx and riding is taking its toll on me. I've broken my wrists so many times so they hurt like hell when I ride, i broke my tailbone and my back is messed up, I can crack it my self and im usually set to go.

take your wallets out of your back pockets, it throws off your spine alignment, i just started putting mine in my front pocket and have been better off since
