What all brands make a +4 swing arm for an 05 400ex?
Who makes the strongest A-arms?

pretty much any company will make you a +4 swinger, but some have to be custom fabbed and cost extra. if you go to any swingarm makers site, they will give you a list of available lengths and prices. Usually they list teh lengths they have and have a sidenot saying that they can custom make any size.

And for the a-arms, any reputable brand will be comparable. Houser, Roll, Hermann, Leager, ect.... should all be pretty close in overall stregth.
