Anybody know the valve clearance on the 03 Raptor 660?

Oh, your sig says you're getting Tusk bars soon, I'd advise against that... Those things bend like they were made out of tin... Not hard at all.

Id suggest you get yourself set up with Renthals or Tags. They're not too much mopre expensive and they look way nicer.

But it's your money, I don't wanna tell you what to do.

IN 0.10- 0.15mm
EX 0.15- 0.20mm

I just wanted somthing cheap like the stock bars. They can't be worse than stock can they?:confused: Also the clearence should be on a sticker on the stock air-box lid.

Well, they are better than the stock bars. But if you roll they are almost guaranteed to break. Thanks for the info, I finally found the stock lid and got them adjusted.

Here's some news for you, if you roll it's not always a bad thing for your bars to bend!

Why you may ask? Because a new set of bars is much cheaper and easier to install than a new steering stem, which is what bends when the handlebars are too tough.

Since the raptor's stem is like butter, softer handlebars can be a good thing.
