Whats the difference in bark busters and handguards? are bark busters the ones with that aluminum bar that goes around your hand? Which should i get, and whats a good brand? i race harescrambles

usually a bark buster is the wrap-around bar. A handgaurd can be a few different things. a Bark buster is a handgaurd but a handgaurd is not nesseccarily a bark buster. Handgaurds can be a flag mount like powermadd or it can be a wrap-around like accerbis. For racing i would suggest a bark buster style handgaurd. Accerbis makes a plastic one with a metal bar running through it for extra protection. The Flag mount style is mainly for roost and too keep the wind off in cold weather, they dont offer much protection if you hit a tree or a branch with the bars.
