I am 3 links and a master link short on my chain.

anyone know where to get just a couple links ???

At a hardware store. I worked at a lumber yard/hardware store and they had links in the nut&bolts section. Make sure you get your kind of links for your chain. 520,420 etc. quad chains are usually 520

I wouldnt do what the person above me said. Call up C&D. They will hook you up. Or you could call DID or whoever makes your chain and talk to them. remember, your chain is the most important part of your drivetrain, dont go the cheap way cause it will hurt you later.

i was told that diffrent manufactures chains are diffrent as far as links are designed check rocky mountian atv they carry all types of chains from cheap to expensive might not be a bad idea and get compleyte chain and save alot of head aches cobbing one togther

Done it several times on an 85 atc265r. Never had one problem, and we gave it hell, dumping the clutch etc. If you don't want any doubt about it just get some links and stuff from where they said.
