330 kit resleeve or not

This topic may have already been addressed and I missed it.

So please forgive me for asking.

In our local series the cc limit is 350cc for a fourstroke.

I have found a 330 kit on e-bay and it is advertized as no resleeving required.

Can someone that has already done this mod please inform me on whether or not a new sleeve is required.

DONT DO IT BILL!!!

No sleeve for a 330 is a BAD idea. Cylinder walls get waaaaay to thin.

I tore my motor down recently and ended up going with the Powroll 350 stroker for the sport class. Some nice porting from a reputable builder goes a long way with that too.

If you want a 330, go with the FST, GT Thunder, whoever, but MAKE sure you have a sleeve.

Get an oil cooler on there too.

I think I will just cancel the idea all together.

I dont like the idea of having two different motors anyway. One for local and one for the Nationals. Too much motor swapping.
