want a new sport quad

hey guys i want to purchase a new 06 sport quad . i love to ride in fields and trails , i wont be racing it any but i want it to be able to do some jumps nothing too big though . i also want it to get pretty fast when i want it to but just to be able to cruise around on . i also love to do wheelies so what do you guys think ... 400ex , z400 , kfx 400 or what

im guessing that you own a foreman? do you have any other experience with different quads or dirt bikes, how old are you.

ok im 16 .. and from the fourwheelers ive either had .. my uncle has had ... or my dad has had lets see... sportsman 400 , foreman 450 , 450r , crf150 , scrambler , and my uncle has a grizzly 660 now and i have a foreman 500 ... the only racing fourwheelers ive rode alot is a 450r , 400ex , and 300ex .. i had the 450 for a year and a half ... so i have some okay experience

if you are comfortable with it i would recomend steping up for a 450. they will require a little more upkeep than a 400, but they are definetly worth it in the end. if you dont want to have to worry about maintence, or you dont think you could handle a 450 than i would get a 400.

oh i know i can handle a 450 i had one for a year and a half , just lookin for something different

your talking about a 450 sport quad right?, they are alot different than a 450 ute. If you did have a 450 sport, than i deffinetly wouldnt look at any of the 400's, you will be disapointed with the power, suspension, and handleing. Maybe look at a raptor od a predator?

i owned a 2004 honda 450r , it only had a pipe and k&n filter , in a drag i beat a predator with a pipe and beat a raptor as well , but a 400dvx with pipe , bore up to 440 and a bunch of other stuff owned me

I would go with the 450's! Do NOT get a z400, or a kawi 400!! The 400EX is pretty good!:eek2:
