05 HRC kit or pipe first what to do?

should i get the HRC kit put on my bike first or should i get a pipe first?

If it were me I would go with the HRC kit 1st. I think you would benefit more powerwise from the kit than the pipe. Just my opinion though. Let me know how it works out.
