Quinn Motorsports did my motor with valves and new springs, all depends, but stainless steel valves run around 30 a pop, and springs are anywhere from 150 on up. Just let me know if you'd like more info.

Kibblewhite makes quality springs. im not for sure if they have any valves or not... and I believe you can get a set for around $100-$120

That's what was put into my motor, Kibblewhite valves, springs, and titanium retainers. Definitely quality products, and competitively priced.

Just shoot me a PM when you would like more info!

You can get kibblewhites from parts unlimited. The spring kit is $220.00. The spring kit comes with titanium retainers, stainless bottom washers and its a double spring setup, which is a standard sized main spring and a smaller softer inner spring. The valves are black diamond steel valves. The hot ticket for a 450r head is to get 1mm oversized intake and exhuast valves. If you do this you will need to get a 3 angle valve job to get the valves to fit. All 4 valves are $31.95 each. The quality of kibblewhite is top notch and most factory teams are using them. You won't be dissapointed. Hope this helps.
