i have a set of razr mx fronts and i am trying to put them on douglas 190's. i have them on the rim and one the bead but i can't get the other one to take the bead. i have tried to put a rachet strap around it and then trying to seat it, but it didn't work. any suggestions? thanks

Are you using any kind of lubricant; soapy water or WD-40? How much pressure are you going up to?

yes i am using wd-40. i can't get it to even take any air. it just blows out the sides. i am going to try the carb cleaner idea and see if that doesn't work. thanks

My thought on putting quad tires on. If you don't have the right tools its gonna be some work, but to try to help you out, your just gonna have to pull up on the tire while your hitting it with air, and somehow keep the otherside of the tire as close to the bead as you can so it will get a air tight seal long enough to take air. other then that take it to a shop, most shops nowadays have a tire machine that fits quad rims really well. they do in my small town of davis,ok
