it seems for the last 6 months, bottom power has gone down. I had the whole engine rebuilt with port cam piston, and idk it seems like its only a top improvment. I have a lectron carb. When it goes up a hill it seems do just dog it up no power?
any ideals? Im thinking somthing about valves?

It may be due to the carb. If you have a carb that's too large of a bore, you will loose bottom end power.
If it had good bottom power.. and it's loosing power over time, then you need to do a leakdown test. Also make sure your cam is still in time.

Next, I'd check your cam timing.

When you did this motor work, did you put in a good timing chain?

Have you checked the float height?
