I use Rotella T Heavy Duty oil, 15w-40. Best stuff out there, inexpensive as well.
I use opti-4 racing oil and I have a 14:1 compression piston and a 440, with a Sparks full system and a pro design... Bel-Ray Thumper oil is good and I used it for 6 months or so but I have been using Opti-4 racing oil for 1 year and 4 months and i have had NO problems with my 4-wheeler anywhere and before I had alot I havent even had a battery problem but Opti-4 wont change that but still I love Opti-4 cheaper then Bel-Ray and better!!

I can't say what is the best oil, but I can say that any synthetic brand is 100% better than any petroleum based oil.
I like Amsoil myself........:o
