its a low end FMF. Only the high end FMF pipes are comparible to other pipes.

yea i got his old 300ex it was supost to be a 330ex but i dont think it is and the pipe it quite unless you take out the tube thing out of it it is like a tube the makes it more of a poping noise than a rumble but i took it out and it is loud and sounds great

oh...well my 300 had one on there and it had all the restricter plates in it so maybe thats why it was quiet

its gonna be louder with more disc in,also will be loud with no disc at all.i had a 300ex with a mega max on it when i got it and i ended up keeping it on,i liked it.they actually come with a decent sized headpipe,with the open exhaust silencer(no disc) it sounded wicked,well at least with the high compression i was running at the time;) the closed endcap will be quietest of all

its definetly not louder with all the discs in. i dont know where you got your info from:confused:

yes it is. More disc means more air flow which = noise.

its the same with my supertrapp.

ya more discs equals more noise i have the fmf performax which is really the same thing. can anyone tell me if there is a difference they are the exact same apperence wise.

for a 300ex/250x its not 170.00 its 225.00 :eek2: :eek2:
