I've seen the aftermath of that crash on video .... not a pretty sight . His leg was bent out 90 degrees at his knee .... looked sickening . :ermm:

Probably would have saved his knee , but most likely would have broken both legs or smashed up his chest pretty good . If I had a choice I'd have done the same as him and bailed ..... landing on a sharp guard rail is too risky ( bye bye head) .
