1990 Trx 300 Wiring Question

Okay, I got the new timing chain in and now I gotta dtraighten out somebody elses mess. What has happened is somebody has put a different CDI box in this bike and the wire colors are not making sense at all. they have spliced a different plug in to compensate for the wrong unit. Can somebody take a look at their 1990 TRX-300 4-Wheeler and tell mewhat color wires go to which pins on the CDI box?

They are laid out as follows right now

1= blue/yel
2= blACK/YEL
3= YELLOW
4=GREEN
5=BLACK/WHITE
6=GRAY

This isn't working at all! Three sparks and then nothing? This is a brand new CDI unit.
