300ex Air Scoops

I was checking out these air scoops for my 300ex on ebay. Made by cdb motorsports. Do air scoops make a difference on cooling even alittle bit? My other question is since i have the diamond J customs shock relocater with 450r shocks i was wondering if its going to cover them up, or even not fit because of my setup. Anybody know?

I don't know what was used for that header. This was my brother's bike. I honestly don't remember it being red.
