jetting

ya i know there is a lot of jetting threads I will delete this one soon.

I have a 2004 trx450r stock motor with a sparks pipe, sparks air filter and ring. I also have my air box cut like the HRC.

sparks told me to run a 190 MJ with sparks needle in the middle position.
What do you think i should run.

I run at like 1000 to 1600 feet.
