Elka Preload ring problem

I need to raise my ride height up about an inch, but my preload ring only moves a tiny bit, then its dead still and i cant move it at all, i honestly broke my elka tool adjuster, i have no idea what to do?

try turning it back and forth to loosen the garbage that gets between the ring and the threads. a good flushing with wd-40 may help also
