What do you re-fill them with? I got my quad a week ago and the rear shock is either shot or need adjusting or something. when ever i hit a jump the back come and hits me in the *** no matter what..I figured it was because im new to riding but my friend tried it too and it did the same thing..so if anyone could give me suggestions as to how to fix it or what i need to do that would be sweet.

sounds like teh rebound may be set too fast. try slowing it down and see if that helps.

where is the rebound setting? would that be loosening or tightening the spring or is something else

on a 400ex, i cant remeber where it is on the shock....

its either on the very bottom of the shock(a small flat blade adjustment)

counterclockwise speeds it up and clockwise slows it down if i remeber correctly.

with shocks, change one thing at a time
