300ex Jetting

I have a 02 300ex just put on a FMF Power Core 4 full exhaust and need some help to make it run great, It seems to start and run ook but at 3/4 throttle and up it just sputters out I replaced the main jet to a 125 and a 120 didnt seem to have any effect either way any help would be great.

Aftermarket pipe, Filter, and No Airbox lid.. run a 132 Main. Needle clip in slot 4. (1 is the slot on the blunt end of the needle).
And the pilot should be about 2-1/2 turns out +/-.

That should give you a good starting point.

If you are running with the lid on, and no punching/holes in the lid, the 125 main should be just about right.

These are Keihin jets. Dynojets use a different numbering system (not the same size).

yes lid is on, and do have 125 jet in it now. it really sputters at 3/4 + throttle, Do i need to move the clip position?
