does any oneknow if a stock 450r rear shock and linkage will fit a 400ex?.

It'll bolt up but I'm pretty sure you'll have to mod your airbox. And they're not goign to be much better than the stock 400 shock. Just get the one you have right now rebuilt and it'll be way better than the r shock.
