I dont race, by I use to play Ice Hocky and I currently play lacrosse. The best kind of foods, are carbs. Pasta was my favorite, and kept me energized. I might be biased, since Iam 100% italian.

dont take asprin, it slows your sences. It can also make you sick, just take asprin after the race if you are sore.

well that sucked.........been ready for this thing for weeks.....months. They drop the flag for my class, and rush around the first turn and go into a wall of dust, and a z400 plows into me, i fall off, and my 400 runs over me (no nerfs), my leg got underneath, and it sucked my whole body under it. people come runnin over, the track medical people run over, and they sit me down on a trailor and check everything out. i got very lucky with no broke bones, and no broken parts on the 400. ive got a few bruises and ive been keepin ice wrapped around my knee. and ive decided ill be buying nerfs before the next race (2 weeks away). But overall, im glad im safe and all, and it scared the crap outta me cuz it happened so fast, but it pissed me off, cuz it was my first harescramble and i didnt even get to finish a lap.
