Help getting engine mount out..

I am in the middle or rebuilding my 400, and i have everything off except the engine and swing arm. I have all the engine mounts off except the rear one that holds the engine to the frame and the swingarm on...

I got the nut off! Just can't get the bolt out. So i put the nut back on a few threads and beat the crap out of it with the hammer. I put some Kroil on it that is supposed to loosen the metal... If i keep this method up it might come out but will deffinately mess up the bolt..

All of you guys that have rebuilt you quad help a brother out..

There is a ton of info on this in the suspension section and maintaince. I'd suggest doing a search for it, it's been talked about for hundreds of pages...
