I would highly recommend it on a 400EX.. the clutch pull is much more consistent and lighter than the stock clutch.

I am actually planning on buying one for my 250R. I went up to the KTM dealer and discovered that all of the new KTM's come standard with a hydraulic clutch. Now I don't know if these Magura kits are close to the quality of the KTM factory ones are not, but what I do know is that these KTM bikes have the easiest clutch pull I have ever felt. I would recommend the braided line upgrade when you purchase your Magura kit - you don't want clutch fade, do you?

One of the best upgrades you can do. Traditional cables and levers don't even compare to the smoothness and consistency of the Magura. I absolutely love mine, really reduces arm pump and fatigue. Once you have one on your quad, you won't want to ever go back ;) :D
