yes.... you are going to be getting more air, so you will need to get more gas. Go up like 2-3 sizes on the main jet.

you might not have to change jet you may just be able to raise the needle

On a 2 stroke, they are really fussy on jetting. I would start with 3 sizes bigger than what you got right now. then check your plug. lowering the clip on the needle will do nothing for you at full throttle. The clip on the needle should control about 1/2 to 3/4 throttle. If you dont re-jet, you will burn it up.
