Depends.
Airbox lid on (and unpunched), you'd probably be ok.. but with the airbox lid removed, you'd most likley need a main 1-2 sizes larger for the K&N.
If you're running 13:1 on the foam... the K&N shouldnt be too lean.. but why switch if your not gonna add more fuel?
Maybe i shoulda given you the whole scenario i have it jetted for a slip-on fmf powercore4 shorty kandn filter and no airbox lid and i wanna switch back to foam every now and then.

Yea, you'll need to swap out the main, most likley. The rest should be fine.
Jet it for the K&N, then jet it for the foam and just swap the main when you swap the filters.
Honestly, if you want the extra protection of the foam filter, just get a UNI and be done with it. ;) The K&N flows a bit better, but not enough to make swapping the filters and jets worthwhile. ;)
