can anyone tell me the thickness of the 300ex steel plates in the clutch average thickness will do

Just feel the steel plates with your fingers. There shouldnt really be a grove there the fiber plates grab them.

i'm afraid i need to know the thickness for a project i'm doing but don't want to buy a manual as i dont own one and all i need is this mesarment but thanks anyway

I dont know if the 300 uses the same cluch componets as a 400 but the 400's is 2.92 - 3.08mm or .115 - .121in and the service limit is 2.69mm or .106in. Hope it helps

im afraid the 400ex are thicker and the 250r are thinner thanks anyway
