Well I finally bit the bullet and bought some of these bars. My Question is when you put the elastomers in how tight do you get that nut, is there a specific torque for that nut. Im going from the red to the yellow.

I believe you want to get the nut down to where it just touches the elastomer. If you compress it down further, I believe you will be loosing some of the design function. If you don't compress it enough, you will most likely have "backlash".
