what is the max. safe compression ration with a stock rod and big bore? it will be raced mx. with race gas and stage 2 camshaft

11: 1 is good 12:1 you will need to run like 110 or 50/50 mix

[underpowered]

once you get over about 11:1 your run a greater risk of breaking the stock rod. i have seen higher compression done on a stock crank, but safely i would say to stay under 11:1.
