MOD300ex-Please Read

MOD300ex has scamed me and others on this website.
I bought a Headstay for a 250R at the End of Janurary/Beginning of February. He said that he lost it, and that his friend was sending one out. Said he got my money and I am still waiting for the parts. He has scamed others on this site out of parts and money also.

Looks like I'm not the only one. He pretty much told me the same things. He scammed me out of $50 for a powdercoated 250r thumb throttle. I'm gong to the post office tomorrow to file for mail fraud. I'm also taking my money order receipt I sent him and a printout of the PM's he sent me.

Should we post his name and addy also?

well i bought a swingarm 180$ and he told me that he lost the money and i cant get the swingarm untill he finds it eventho he had it at one point in his hand

Now he is giving me some song and dance about getting the address wrong costing him money for shipping.:rolleyes: I have seen many posts of people describing the same BS he is giving me. I have made it clear to him that I am going first thing monday morning to file for mail fraud.

If any of you have proof that he has scammed you go to the post office and file too. I'm not letting this idiot get away with this.

I filed for mail fraud this afternoon against mod300ex. He should be haring from the postmaster soon.

It makes it tough when they use a po box, thats usually the first clue, that there could be problems. I dont send packages or money to po boxes anymore.
A google search on thumann, in beach lake gives 3 listings, you could try calling them...one of them could be his father, and you might be able to explain about the consequences of postal fraud to him.

Yeah. I think I'll avoid dealing with PO box addresses again. That's a very good idea about searching for his phone listing on google. I just may try that.
