Well i started this project with my dad like a year ago but hes been on the road alot and we have jus finished it up here it is. reason for selling is i have a z400 and no truck to drive it around with

300ex chassis with 400ex motor in it

motor has bran new valvle springs seat retainers the entire head was machined and redone professionally

also has bran new topend

heavy duty clutch springs

procircuit t4 exhuast

renthal bars

2004 z400 rims and tires all the way around with decent tread

hub spacers on front and back

custom aluminum oil tank and aluminum airbox which looks amazing

it could use a good set of plastic i have maier black plastics for the 300 but there kinda beat up i will also include 400ex rear fender and front fender

just needs back brakes and its mint. shoot me sum offers

i might be interested again but how is the suspension with the extra weight of the 400 motor?

the motor itself isnt that heavy an suspension feels fine.

the only thing the quad needs now is 2 intake valves and a front sprocket other then that the new topend has 5 mins on it and the head has 5 mins on it

the timing chain popped off an bent the 2 brand intake valves but everything else is mint and the valves are cheap

ya i kno i paid more for the engine then im selling it for but i have so many projects and no time for this its just taking up space

it will prob cost 100 bux to be fixed

23 each for intake valves needs 2

and needs front sprocket.. like 16 bux
