cam break in

i just got done puttin my cam. i searched on this but when ever i put just cam it wont search. in the instructions it says to run it around for a half hour with out letting it idle and not putting too much load on the engine. think i could get away with just running it for 10 15 minute, cause i thought i heard of people only doin it for like 10 minutes for cam breakin.

If its a hotcams they reccomend running it at 3,000 RPM's for 30 minutes.

whats another 15 min if reliability are the concern..

just put a weak rubber band on the throttle, go jerk off and make a hot poket

when u r done, so will be the cam

this sucks i got the thing all put back together went to put a new flywheel cover gasket it was the wrong one so gonna half to wait till a new one comes in.
