I would like to see Honda and Yamaha come out with a MX version just to compare to the Suzuki.

my er starts fine. u just need to tune it right.

whats the matter with the electric start?i had my 06 for about a week b4 i tore it down for re-build... haha... and it started fine every time... besides the goof balls where i bought it when they started it to load it in my truck didnt turn the gas on... thats the only time it hasnt started... LOL

I havent had any problems starting my 06. They are definitely a little more tempermental compared to a 400EX when it comes to starting, but once you get it tuned right its fine.

I dont know about 07 but fuel injection is inevitable.. the ? is when

Yea they start fine but they do start a little slower. The Battery will not spin the motor and pop it off like the YFZ.. Plain and simple.. Would I race a ER He11 no! I race my kicker.. Does Natalie,Byrd,Chris Borich, Andy L race a ER AHHHH NO!


It has nothing to do with tuning when you cant spin the motor as fast as it should to start efficiently..

Anyways My point is and was Honda needs to tune there Electrical starting aid.. Nothing to do with the motor!
