loose washers in new works shocks

Well i just got my triple rate custom shocks for my 300ex and theres like washers in the shock that move up and dpwn is that normal??

By washers do you mean spacers between the different spring rates? If so, then it is normal. Or do you mean washers as in the preload collar at the top of the spring? If so, it's normal that it's there and maybe has a little wiggle in it, but if it moves up and down a lot on the shock body then it isn't normal.

yeah i got like 2 metal spacers by the springs that move around its normal

Thats normal and dont let it worry you. You may want to think about keeping those spring spacers etc well lubed. They will make less noise and also keep from rusting longer.
