aye i just wanted to let you know, you really didnt have to dissassemble the transmission to inspect the gears and those fasteners that you took off are really suppose to be used once and then there bad especially if you bent them hopefully you can get them through honda.

nice polishing though.

dont feel bad man the first R i took apart i broke the pressure plate bolt on the inner hub

Bee made a mistake?:eek2:

Anyways, I didnt take the entire transmission apart. A few of the gears fell off when I was taking them out.

this remind me of something a friend did that blows this out of the water, and he rides a banshee. Thought his clutch basket was messed up, took it off. Took it to the local yam shop, ask the guys at the parts counter about play when holding the gear you could wiggle the basket a little. even after i told him that there are bushings inside the gear, he still drilled the rivets out and found nothing wrong with the clutch basket off of his 05 banshee. now its rigged with allen bolts and nuts ground down for cleareance. HIS ONLY PROBLEM WAS NOT LISTENING TO A HONDA OWNER!
