Which wire on the coil do i hook my kill switch up to?

I kow this has been asked a hundred times but I keep finding 2 different answers. On my new kill switch I know that one wire goes to the ground and the other to the coil. My question is, does it go to the black wire or the white and black wire????? I Have a stock cdi and will never change it.

It doesnt matter which one you ground, they made it very simple, you cant really mess it up.

As a rule of thumb, Black is normally ground.

black with white wire i believe if you ground out the black wire you would be trying to ground the ground not gonna work

The black wire is not the ground, it is the pulse wire

I spliced mine in the solid orange wire going into the OFF/RUN switch on the handelbars. sounds like i did it different but it works.
