I Have a 04 350 raptor that has around 20 hours on it and when it is cold/cool the clutch slips. When it warms up for a little bit it quits. What Could Cause this problem?
is your clutch cable adjusted right?

friends z400 started doing that a while ago, now it slips when hot. so, i think it MAY be a sign the clutch is going out.

my 300ex's clutch is adjusted perfect, but everytime I go to ride it for that day, I put it in reverse to back out of my shed and it acts like the clutch isnt even there. I think its because of it being cold. Because after I get it out of reverese its fine.

that would loosen it if im not mistaken. Try back the screw on the lever out a little bit. But Like I said, mine does the same thing when it is cold. Just leave it alone. Anyway, the clutch lever is supposed to have like 1/8" free play.
