416 on a 05

just ordered a JE 10.8:1 416 piston kit,stage 2 hot cam,crf450 cam chain,and cometic gaskets...my cylinder gets bored on tuesday.....with my hmf slip on,powerbomb header,and k&n w/ open box,where should i start the jetting....now remember that the 05 carbs are different...PLEASE HELP

i dont know about an 05, but for the older ones, w/ those mods, id say a no lower than a 170 (below 3000 feet)

i got a 160dj in mine with the lid on and it runs a little rich.
