I heard a vibrating noise coming from my Outlaw in the low RPM's, so I investigated and found the problem. It's the exhaust guard vibrating and actually DIGGING INTO the engine cover!
Here's the general problem area

I took off the 3 screws holding the exhaust guard on and here's what I found...
