roll design a arms for 250r fit a 400ex??

YES! They will fit. Some may argue that your 400 geometry isn't the same as the 250r, but everything sure measures up to fit the same. I have 250r a arms on my 300ex, and I tried the 400ex a arms first, but were not wide enough. They are all versatile.

i heard they had to be grinded a little but if you didnt have to then you must not have. at less certen years only work:confused:

thats correct you would ned to grind down the sleeve that holds the bushings.
anyone who wants there set up to work right would not waste there time here.
