hey guys whats up me and a buddy of mine are thinking about taking a 300ex frame and puttin a suzki 600 croch rocket motor on it is this possible and will it be bad A@#

if I could find it I have a picture of a 400ex with that GSXR 600 motor in it thats set up for the drag strip..........BAD@$$

Somebody needs to either fabricate a frame for a crotch rocket motor, or a company sell one. If you're going to do that kind of conversion, that frame will suck. It isn't that great with a 300cc single; it won't handle any better with an 80hp motor in it, either. But it's your stuff, and it would be pretty fun to do.

I actually had a buddy that put a crotch rocket on a suzuki LT frame. It was actually not all that special, especially for the money, the wheel spin on loose dirt was almost uncontrollable and when it hooked up, the front end wouldnt stay down. Not a smooth power, at all.
My 2 cents, but more power to ya if you decide to do it. Let us know man....

They should have a heavy, heavy flywheel put into them before they go into such a light frame.
