Hot cams opinion

Is there really a big difference between stock cams and hot cam stage 1? Is it worth messing with. I have an 04 with full exhaust and a jet kit. Any imput would help, thanks.

Mine pulls like a tractor with the stage 1 and a 11:1 piston stock bore.... It's worth it and better yet if you swap out the piston too!
