I'm looking for a tire that will last on HARD tarrein, yet still hook up in the soft stuff. Which tire should I buy?

the life on the Mxr4's is probably great for the hard terrain you ride on, but remember they are 2ply and 18's!

I'm probably just going to buy RAZR's. I mean you just can't beat their price!

Yeah, for where I ride I would like to get 6 ply's, or at least 4 ply's!

the klaws seem to be the tire of choice. They are reversible and CHEAP. Once I get back to work in two months, I will be getting a set, on HIPERS!!!!!!

so whats the deal with the klaws; if you rotate them one way, it makes it good for hard packed terrain, and the other is soft? does this really make a difference. common sense says yes because of the "V" tread pattlern, but i cant say because i havent actually used them! thanks:D

yeah its going to cost me, but the way that I hurt wheels, it will be worth it. Mabey I should slow down when racing through the trees. Nah, then I wouldn't have 3, 2nd places in a row. lol

kenda klaws, turn v-pattern the ^ way and you got great a tire for hardpack and turn them the v way and you got a great hooking tire in the soft terrain

That's what I have heard, but I have never seen it! Does the v way really work that well in soft stuff?
