After getting a 400EX muddy, and then powerwashing, what all needs to be lubed, and what kind of lube to use. I know the chain has to be but what else, name everything thanks in advance

Presure washing isn't good for a quad, if thats power washing is????

Your bearings, all I can think of now. Post this in the maintenance section and they will give you some good answers though.

pressure washing isn't bad if yo are careful...i do it all the time...i just changed the original axle bearings on my 2000 400ex a few months ago...took a heck of a hit from a tree...the bearings were bad, but the seals were like new...i have pressuer washed it from the beginning. you just have to watch where you use the different nozzle settings...

you just cant use a car wash pressure washer or any thing that is like over 2500psi. Thats why I use a 1740 and it works perfect. How else do you clean this......

We have a lil power washer, i think its around 1400 or 1300psi its not very powerful

i just use my old oil from when i change my oil, it works good for me

You can use a pressure washer but just use common sense on what your spraying. Dont spray directly down the exhaust (better idea is to just get an exhaust plug) I usually tape off my airbox somehow or throw on the lid, then just be careful what your spraying with the pressure. Seals and bearings can have dirt forced in if your spraying directly at them. Sometimes its the only way to get it clean.
