I bought land in River Ranch so that I could have a place to ride as well. Croom is way to crowded for me and there is no place to ride in Clearwater. Check it out...

River Ranch is 70 square miles of private land that is managed by the River Ranch Property Owners Assoc. You can purchase a 1.25 acre property anywhere in RR, join the RRPOA and have access to all 70sm's of country. You can camp, hunt, fish, ride your ATV's and best of all you actually own a piece of it with a clear deed from the Polk County Property appraiser. If you want more info let me know. I have some property for sale in RR now!
